MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW FY 2019-20 Receive and file the Mid-Year Budget Report fiscal year 2019-20; approve the Proposed Mid-Year Adjustments; approve the updated Assignment of Classification; provide staff with direction regarding committing unassigned fund balance. (Staff Person: Londa Bock-Helms)
WATER RATE ADJUSTMENT - UPDATE Maintain the established water rates implemented on January 1, 2019 and not implement the water rate increase scheduled for January 1, 2020. It is further recommended City Council direct staff review water rates to determine if an adjustment will be necessary on January 1, 2021. (Staff Person: Rosemary Hoerning)
