Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2, any member of the public
may address any item listed on the agenda. Anyone wishing to address the
legislative body should submit a speaker card to the City Clerk at or prior to

Items 3 & 4 - 3. ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BALLOT LABEL FOR CITY OF UPLAND
PARK MEASURE
Consider adopting an ordinance amending the ballot label for the City of
Upland Park Measure, which the City Council previously placed on the ballot
for the November 3, 2020 election and has since been designated as
Measure Q. (Staff Person: Steven Flower)
4. ADJOURNMENT - The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting is Monday,
September 14, 2020 at 7 p.m.
